Now that is a juicy burger

Yo home fries, last week we ran out of food…I hate running out of food. So sorry about that. Sometimes it surprises even me how much food it take to feed 100 people. However, for that first 85 we served up a juicy portobello burger and all natural fries. Next week will be our last meal for the semester so we will make sure to have plenty for all. See everybody then.

Ingredients
3 portobello mushrooms
1/4 cup canola oil
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs fresh basil
Fry the onion and garlic until they become soft, then mix all the ingredients together and let marinated for 1 hour. Place mushrooms in a baking dish and cover with marinade. Cover the dish with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until soft but still firm.
