I think we put on a mighty fine vegan Thanksgiving last week. Special thanks to all the volunteers that came out to help. We served 120 people and it went like clockwork.

Muhammara dip
Ts crushed red peppers
Ts ground cumin
¾ C toasted walnuts
¼ C olive oil
2 tb pomegranate molasses (found in Middle Eastern stores)
¼ C tomato paste
3-4 roasted red peppers
½ ts salt
1 clove garlic
¼ C whole grain cracker

Blend all the ingredients together.
