Glazed tofu

Glazed tofu
Carton of tofu
2 large cloves garlic
2 tb lemon juice
½ C katchup manis (sweet soy sauce found in Asian groceries)
2 ts sesame oil
2 tb fresh chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
Prepare the marinade ahead of time by blending all the ingredients together. Then lightly fry the tofu on both sides, pour in enough marinade to cover tofu, turn heat to med and shuffle tofu in the pan until the sauce becomes syrupy and the tofu well glazed.
